us. We have extensive experience in healthcare recruiting
since1990 with a focus on recruiting exclusively for
physicians since 1993.
Over the years we
have developed a broad candidate database that includes
physicians with an interest in academic environments as well
as private, group and hospital based practices. Our
company currently participates in a national network made up
of many knowledgeable recruiters with extensive experience in
recruiting physicians for a variety of practice settings.
This network, exclusive for outside search firms, gives us
access to information and databases to identify candidates
that far more than one company can do alone.
This business is about
teamwork. Angie
Cadenhead, our president, has many years as a registered
nurse in a large acute care hospital. She taught us
what teamwork is all about. The core of recruiting is
